Our installer did a fabulous job and left our home looking better than we could have imagined. We are so happy with our decision to use Home Guard. I was very excited to have doors installed, However the problems started on day one, windows were scratched and one of the doors "banged" when it was closed. After about 1 year of going back and forth I finally got this problem fixed. While telling me how great their doors were. I'm sorry but no caulk is going to fix a 1/4 in of movement and even if it did top of the line best in class doors should not need Caulk.
